Terms of Service and Sale

Article 1 — Scope and Purpose
These Terms of Service and Sale govern the access and use of services provided on maxreply.app, operated by Julien NOEL (Sole Trader, Siren 977 655 745). Any subscription implies full and unreserved acceptance of these terms by the user.
Article 2 — Service Description and Pricing
MaxReply provides an AI-powered conversational assistant analyzing screenshots from dating applications. Available subscription tiers include:
Weekly Pass: 4,99 € per week, cancel anytime.
Starter Offer: 1,99 € for 24 hours, then renews at $4.99/week, cancel anytime.
Yearly Pass: 99,00 € per year (billed annually).
VAT exemption applies under Article 293 B of the French Tax Code.
Article 3 — Right of Withdrawal Waiver
In accordance with Article L221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code and European Union consumer directives, the 14-day statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content delivered immediately upon the consumer’s prior express consent and waiver.
By validating payment and immediately accessing generation credits and the AI engine, the user expressly requests immediate performance of the contract and expressly waives their right of withdrawal.
Article 4 — Cancellation Terms
Subscriptions renew automatically at each period. Users can cancel anytime at zero charge via the Stripe Customer Portal inside their dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Article 5 — Limitation of Liability
AI-generated text suggestions are provided for advisory and conversational assistance. The user retains sole liability for messages dispatched to third parties on external dating platforms.
Article 6 — Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute concerning their interpretation, validity, or execution shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Nancy, France.
